Michelle joins Hospitality Training Australia from the Langham Hotel, Southbank in Melbourne where she was the Executive Housekeeper before moving o Human Resource management.

Michelle has taught at Box Hill TAFE for several years and brings to Hospitality Training Australia a terrific combination of currency of skill and understanding of training and assessment.

Stephen Hall

Stephen is a trade qualified chef with over 20 years industry experience both as an owner operator and within commercial catering companies such as Spotless Services.

Stephen commenced working with Hospitality Training Australia in 2000 before moving to Brisbane, Queensland. Hospitality Training Australia is delighted to welcome Stephen back heading up operations in Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Cairns and Townsville.



Domenico Tellatin

Domenic has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and gained extensive experience in cooking in major hotels and restaurants around the world.

In 1995 Domenic began employment as a part time trainer of Commercial Cookery and has since developed a real passion for training and development.

Domenic has since developed training and assessment skills outside of Commercial Cookery and is competent to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol, Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures, Implement Food Safety Procedures.



Simon Phillips

Simon Phillips is a director Hospitality Training Australia and is responsible for the day to day management of the organisation, including all marketing.

Simon has completed a Bachelor of Training and Development, Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, Diploma in Assessment & Workplace Training and Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.



Steven Roussac

Steven brings to Hospitality Training Victoria over 10 years hospitality expertise within cafe’s, restaurants and international hotels.

Steven has been conducting training and assessment in Certificate III Hospitality Operations training for the past four years, in particular: Food Safety; Responsible Service of Alcohol; Specialist Wine Knowledge and Service; and Espresso preparation and service.

Steven is also accredited to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol with Liquor Licensing Victoria.
