Rebecca Fitzgerald

Rebecca is our Admissions Coordinator and is reponsible for all Diploma of Hospitality admissions from International Students and Skill for Victoria students.

Rebecca was formerly employed within Human Resources with the Westin Hotel before joining Hospitality Training Australia in 2008.



Jeanne Grey

Jeanne

Jeanne is a career chef who holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 20 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Jeanne loves her students and takes great pride in getting quality results from their input.



Sian Pugh

Sian

Sian holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 10 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry and is a qualified chef.



Julie Micallef

Julie

Julie holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 20 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Julie has worked for many years as a pastry chef and has proven to be dedicated to her students and committed to the skills required of being very good trainer.



Sam Boehm

Sam delivers the Licensees First Step for Hospitality Training Australia.

Sam holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years experience with Liquor Licensing Victoria.

Hospitality Training Australia is very pleased to have Sam’s expereience and industry knowledge available to us to facilitate this important program.

Jack holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 10 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Jack delivers Diploma units of competence to our International Weekend batch of students.



Jessica Shelton

Jessica

Jess is a personal trainer by profession and recently chose to branch out and move into student counselling. Jess is the go to person if any of our students has a problem or needs any assistance.



Jonathan White

Jonathan

Jonathan has a remarkable employment history with some fantastic hotel properties across the world. His energy, professionalism and wealth of knowledge offers his students quality learning experience.



Brent Manning

Manning

Brent holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

For 15 years he has been a licensee of pubs and venues and has got great skills and experience to pass on to his students.

If you are lucky enough to get him as one of your trainers you will know what we mean.



William (Bill) Stevens

Bill

Bill holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Bill is a trade qualified chef and works with apprentices and international students within the college.

Bill’s role incorporates Facilities Manager of Peel Street Kitchen, Restaurant and Training rooms.



Andrew Chisholm

Chisholm

Andrew holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 20 years experience within the hospitality industry primarily within gaming venues within Crown Limited.

Andrew is a ‘gun’ trainer of short courses, local and international students within the college.



Elton La Porte

Elton

Elton has over 10 years hospitality industry, primarily with the Hard Rock Cafe group.

Elton role is as Restaurant Manager of Schon Cafe, Bar and Restaurant and it is his role to oversee operations and to train students rostered to work front of house within the restaurant.

Elton is currently studying the TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification.



Chantelle Franks

Chantelle is the Trainig Coordinator of Hospitality Training Australia. She joined the organisation in 2007 following several successful years with Mint Training and the Westpac Bank. Her no nonsense approach with her trainers plays a big part in creating an environment conducive to quality learning for students.

Chantelle is currently studying the TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification.



Gemma Carey

Gemma

Gemma joined Hospitality Training Australia in 2009 after recently moving to Australia from Wales, United Kingdom. Gemma is the voice and face of the organisation working in reception.



Josef Hahn

Josef

Josef holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 15 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Josef’s international experience and training in cookery apprenticeship in his home town of Munich, Germany helps to provide our cookery students achieve an international learning experience.



Kaiser Chettri

Kaiser

Kaiser holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 15 years experience within the hospitality industry.

Kaiser has fantastic experience as a trainer having worked with Carrick Institute and other leading colleges.



Bart Arundell

Bart delivers First Aid at Hospitality Training Australia. He is a member of the Army Reserve where he is the designated first aider/medic for his platoon of 30 people.

Bart is as well studying a bachelor of Nursing at LaTrobe university.



Michelle McIntosh

Michelle

Michelle joins Hospitality Training Australia from the Langham Hotel, Southbank in Melbourne where she was the Executive Housekeeper before moving to Human Resource management.

Michelle has taught at Box Hill TAFE for several years and brings to Hospitality Training Australia a terrific combination of currency of skill and understanding of training and assessment.

In 2009 Michelle accepted the important role of Compliance Officer with Hospitality Training Australia for ESOS, AQTF and Skills for Victoria compliance.



Wayne Griffin

Wayne

Wayne holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years experience within the butchery, retail, hospitality and catering industry.

Wayne has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm that provides his students with great motivation to perform in their class and activities.



Ken Farrar

Ken

Ken heads up Hospitality Training Australia short course trainers department. He is a chef by trade, worked for 20 years with KFC before undertaking a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification.

Ken started with the organisation in 2007.



Merander (Kirti) Kirti

Kirti

Kirti joined Hosptiality Training Australia in July 2009. He is a qualified chef , holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 10 years experience as a chef within the hospitality, mainly 5 Star Hotels.



Lawrence Matthews

Lawrance

Lawrence holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years experience within the hospitality and finance industry within management roles both in India and Australia.



Luke Serong

Luke

Luke is a champion bloke who worked with Qantas for 10 years before he decided to give training a go.

Luke holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification.



Manoj Rai

Manoj completed his hospitality qualifications at William Angliss and boasts an impressive operational career within the hospitality industry.

Manoj holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 10 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.



Martin Searle

Martin

Marty is a super chef who has worked at some great restaurants in and around Australia. Orginally from New Zealand, Martin moved to the mainland and in doing so completed a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification.

Marty brings to Hospitality Training Australia over 15 years cooking experience and is well placed to teach his young cooks about discipline in the craft of cookery.

Ben holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 20 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Ben is a chef by trade and a Carlton Football Club fanatic by profession.



Oliver Buenaventura

Oliver holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 20 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

Oliver spent several years as Executive Chef of arguably the largest reception centre in Australasia before joining Hospitality Training Australia as a trainer.

Preeti is our weekend and weekday evening receptionist. She is always there to help you with your queries with a courteous smile.



Terence D'Souza

Terence

Terence holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years cooking experience within the hospitality and catering industry.

He has worked with the Windsor, Langham and Sheraton Hotels chains across the world cooking western cuisines.

His worldly experience offers students a tremendous experience.



Yakov Kaploun

Hospitality Training Australia is lucky to have Yakov.

Yakov holds a TAA40104 Training & Assessment qualification and has over 30 years experience within the hospitality and catering industry as a chef.

Yakov is from Eastern Europe and has a very strict approach to training students.



Simon Phillips

Simon Phillips is responsible for the day to day management of the organisation, including all the writing of the staff profiles.

Steven brings to Hospitality Training Victoria over 10 years hospitality expertise within cafe’s, restaurants and international hotels.

Steve is the Learning & Development Coordinator and reviews, updates and liaises with all trainer in an ongoing pursuit to improve the of all Hospitality Training Australia learning and materials.
