Mirco has enjoyed a hospitality career span over three decades. European trained, he has worked in international hotels and resorts both in Europe and Australia. He has held various positions in Food and Beverage Management; Maître d'hôtel, Restaurant Manager, Banquets Manager and Food & Beverage Manager. His last 15 years of employment have been in senior executive roles as Executive Assistant Manager and General Manager.
He has established two international standard hotels, covering all aspects of policies and procedures, recruitment and training, financial planning, and sales & marketing.
Training is one of Mirco’s greatest passions and most rewarding aspects of his career.
His formal qualifications include; Advance Diploma of Hospitality, Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110). He is currently enrolled in Bachelor of Hospitality Management.
