Giovanni Raggi

Giovanni Raggi holds an Italian Diploma in Hospitality and Commercial Cookery and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and performed a wide variety of roles both in Europe and Australia including working in luxury hotels, as head chef in fine-dining restaurants.

He has owned his own restaurant and more recently performed the role of banquet and events supervisor and staff trainer in a 4 star resort on the Mornington Peninsula. Giovanni is passionate about hospitality, training and customer service and his industry skills have proven invaluable when given the opportunity to train staff throughout his career.
