Every food business must have a food safety supervisor. This intensive 7 hour course provides supervisors in hospitality businesses with the required certification for the role.

SITXFSA002 - Participate in safe food handling practices (as recommended in Food Safety Victoria guidelines)

Course prerequisite

SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety or equivalent unit (Please refer to Department of Health & Human Services).
