Food Safety Supervisor (Level 2)

Every food business must have a food safety supervisor. This intensive 3 hour course provides supervisors in hospitality businesses with the required certification for the role.

Course covers

Implementation of food safety procedures (THHBCC11B) as recommended in Food Safety Victoria guidelines.

National Accreditation

This program is nationally accredited as ‘Implement food safety procedures’ (SITXFSA001A) by the Australian National Training Authority.

Pre requisite

Please note: ‘Follow workplace hygiene procedure’ (SITXOHS002A) or equivalent is a compulsory pre requisite for this course. A credit for previous hygiene training maybe available if the training was undertaken within the last three years. A copy of the certificates are required as proof of previous training.
