Every food business must have a food safety supervisor. This intensive 4hour course provides supervisors in hospitality businesses with the required certification for the role.
SITXFSA201 - Participate in safe food handling practices as recommended in Food Safety Victoria guidelines.
SITXFSA101 Use hygienic practices for food safety or equivalent unit (Please refer to Department of Health & Human Services).
This program is nationally accredited as ‘Participate in safe food handling practices’ (SITXFSA201) by the Australian National Training Authority.
Registration can only be confirmed when full payment is received. No refunds are available within 7 days of the workshop. A substitute participant is welcome to attend if you cannot. Hospitality Training Australia reserves the right to alter the program without notice.

USI: The Commonwealth Government have recently introduced 'Unique Student Identifier' numbers. It's mandatory that all students attending this course register for a free USI prior to commencement. Registering only takes a few minutes.
