Food Safety Supervisor – Level 2

Every food business must have a food safety supervisor. This intensive 7 hour course provides supervisors in hospitality businesses with the required certification for the role.

Course Cost: $90.00. 

Course covers

SITXFSA201 - Participate in safe food handling practices (as recommended in Food Safety Victoria guidelines)

Course prerequisite

SITXFSA101 Use hygienic practices for food safety or equivalent unit (Please refer to Department of Health & Human Services).

Nationally Accredited

This program is nationally accredited as SITXFSA201 Participate in safe food handling practices
