Who needs this certificate?
The ability to train and mentor staff in the processes, practices and procedures of your business is an essential management skill.
Enrolling a manager or supervisor in the mentor training program is requirement if you have any staff members in a traineeship and/or apprenticeship.
The program covers the following key topics
- Motivating people to learn new skills
- Adult learning and effective forms of training
- Incorporate safety and standard procedures into training
- Questioning skills
- Preparing short effective training sessions
- Time management and effective planning
Cost
The cost is absorbed by the traineeship / apprenticeship training program.
Delivery
The program is delivered flexibly and on the job before or after the training and/or assessment of participants undertaking a traineeship/or apprenticeship.
