Diploma of Hospitality
Description
The Diploma of Hospitality offers student the opportunity to major in Kitchen Management or Food & Beverage Operations.
Pre requisites for enrolling in the Diploma is successful completion of up to Certificate IV in Hospitality as either a Certificate III in Hospitality graduate or a Certificate III in Hospitality.

Participants learn how to recruit staff, develop legal knowledge required in business, roster staff, business relationship management, marketing strategies, writing and managing budgets, customer service and managing workplace diversity.
The course timetable is offered 2 days per week for 28 weeks (for Certificate III in Cookery or Patisserie graduates) or 2 days per week for 28 weeks (for Certificate IV in Hospitality graduates) at Hospitality Training Australia training centres. Students will study this course at our centres at 250 Collins Street, Melbourne (between Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street) and Schon Cafe, Bar & Restaurant, 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne (next to Queen Victoria Market).

The Diploma course costs $1800.00 and entitles eligible students to receive:
- Student workbooks for all study modules;
- Full participation in all training and assessment activities;
- Diploma of Hospitality, Statement of results
- Resume development assistance;
- Work placement assistance and post training support sessions with students.
Course Outline
Upon completion of either the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie or Certificate IV in Hospitality students are enrolled into the Diploma units. The total cost of the Diploma course is $1,800.00. (Payment plans are available)
