Certificate IV in Hospitality
Description
Certificate IV in Hospitality provides participants with a suite of skills they need to work in hospitality up to a supervisory role.
Participants are trained in bar operations and lear how to set up a bar for service, take drink orders and then prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including Cocktails.

Participants learn how to coach other staff in job duties, how to manage a food safety plan and get an understanding of the demands of management.
The course timetable is offered 2 days per week for 18 weeks at Hospitality Training Australia training centres. Students will study this course at our centres at 250 Collins Street, Melbourne (between Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street) and Schon Cafe, Bar & Restaurant, 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne (next to Queen Victoria Market).
